Sometimes I may not be able to respond immediately to a phone call or email as I may be in court. I will however do my best to respond to you as soon as I can.

You are welcome to get in touch with me outside ordinary business hours if you need to. I can also be flexible in terms of appointment times. I acknowledge that it may not be possible for you to take time off work to meet with a lawyer, and that in some situations it may be important for you to speak to a lawyer urgently.
